I had the best stay in this hotel! The location, right in front of the river, was amazing. It provided a beautiful view and a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. Additionally, the hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They even provided free transportation and acted as a travel agency and tour guide, helping me organize local tours and logistics. The hotel's breakfast had a good variety of options, including toast and ham and eggs or rice noodles. the hotel facilities were top-notch, and the staff's excellent English made my stay even more enjoyable.
Nothing, everything was great.

We were impressed by the service provided by the staff who were very helpful throughout our stay. We had a hearty breakfast every morning and the room was always clean and spacious. the views from some of the rooms were extraordinary, with amazing natural landscapes. the best aspect was the convenience of having plenty of tea available throughout the day to warm our cold fingers and toes.
, The location of the hotel was far from the main city and there weren't any nearby restaurants or shopping centers. due to the cold season, the room wasn't properly heated and we had to wear extra layers of clothes to stay warm.

We spent Easter at this hotel and had an amazing time! The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. They offered free travel agency services and even gave us a ride to the local attractions. The room was spacious and very clean. We also loved the complimentary coffee and tea they offered all day. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. We definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient vacation spot.
That the view from our room was not as scenic as we had hoped. However, this minor issue was quickly forgotten with all of the other amazing aspects of our experience.
